I had a free version of Office 2003 and after the trial expired upgraded to the full version. I had to uninstalled the free version and all other versions of Office before installing the new upgraded version. I then downloaded all updates and that was it. Hope this helps.

I was able to purchase a new copy of Office 2003 through the Microsoft Home Use Program. I want to install this copy before my cuurent software expires, can I load the new version over top of the current software or do I have to first uninstall the version of Office that came with my computer?
