Does anyone know if there is a practical limit to the number of public folders than can be Synchronised offline? I have a client who syncronises about 6.5 GB of mailbox (1.6GB) and Public (5 GB) folders. No problems with just personal folders but when public folders are added we get an error "Unable to expand folder - low resources or memory". This does not occur on the first sync but happens when opening folders after the first sync. Once it happens you can go offline and open the Favourites but have to open and close Outlook before you can again access public folders directly About 2000 folders are in the sync path. We are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange SBS 2003. I have completely re-installed windows and office on a new drive and got the same problem so I assume it must be hitting a practical limit.
