Word does not accept Keystrokes
CS4007 12/6/2008 1:41:00 AM
Hi
I have a quite interesting problem, which I am not able to solve by my own.
Setup: Word 2007, Standard Language German, On-Screen Keyboard started
(10-finger system not perfect yet), Language changed to Ukrainian. Kyrillic
characters, Arial Unicode Font

Problem:
After two oder three Lines of text, Word stopps accepting text input from my
keystrokes on my laptop keybord. When I delete 2 character by Backspace-Key,
I am able to type in 2 characters again, until my problem occoures again.
When I change the language to German oder Englisch, the problem disappear
even in the same document. It is also possible to paste large amount of text
in Ukrainian language into Word. This is the way i do it in the moment. Write
the whole Text in Notepad (the is no problem like this), copy it to Word and
format the Text. After pasting the text, it is again to delete 2 chars and
retype 2 chars until the problem apears again.
Does anybody know a solution for that strange problem...
Greetings

Could you help me clarify your steps here?
1. Are you using Word2007 German version?
2. You type text using Ukrainian keyboard?
3. What Windows version are you using?
4. Does problem happen when On screen keyboard is running or not neccesary?
