Mr. Buckland,
Sorry to get back to you so late. I have been looking everywhere for a solution. We are not utilizing roaming profiles. Everytime my end users ..QAT command disappear we have just been replacing it with the original that we saved into another folder. I noticed that our .QAT are actually sitting in the C:\Users\User's Initials\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office.
So, what this hotfix is saying that I should move the .QAT into the C:\Users\User's Initials\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Office.
Is this correct?
