Hi Emily,
The "Switchboard" is really a multi-part thing. It is made up of a
form named "Switchboard" and a table named "Switchboard Items". When using
the Switchboard Manager you are only dealing with the table. If you look in
the forms listing of the database do you see a "Switchboard" form?
