No zoom during preview?
T. Jenkins 11/7/2008 4:21:01 PM
This is odd. For some reason, Excel is not giving me the option of zooming
during print preview. Don't think I changed anything, but this is definitely
new. Zoom button is grey'd out, and mouse doesn't seem to allow any zooming
either.

Not sure if it's related, but when I edit text directly in cells, the cursor
is more of a rectangular block rather than a single line. Thought it might
be an issue of being in the overwrite vs. insert mode, but that's not the
issue. Doesn't seem to affect my ability to edit, but is abnormal.

Wondering if these are symptoms of some sort of bug. Should I uninstall and
reinstall?

Thanks,
Todd

Hi,

I can't duplicate the print preview problem but the cursor changing to a
block instead of a blinking line probably means you are in OVERSTRIKE mode
rather than INSERT. Just press the INS key.

As I mentioned, it's not a function of insert vs. overstrike; I've already
ruled that out.
