I have purchased and installed 20 licenses of Office 2007 Professional Plus on Windows XP and VISTA. It seems that OFFICE 2007 is disappearing from these installations. Specifically, I have VISTA BUSINESS on a SBS2003 Network. Office 2007 was installed on October 25 from the LICENSE DOWNLOAD site, updates were applied. My customer attempted to use WORD, but it wasn't to be found. I reinstalled today, applied updates, then watched as a message reported that there was a problem with OSETUP.DLL and OFFICE uninstalled itself. I have now repeated this process two additional times with the same result. In the event log, I have an EVENT ID 104: The removal of application Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 from policy Small Business Server Client Compter failed. The error was: %%1603.
