Hi, I have a new computer, preinnstalled with OEM Office 2007 systems.
I have entered the produckt key etc. ok. But all my programs are in "reduced
functionallity mode" I cannot write in word, send in outlook etc. (My Office
is activated.)
I have tried (from talking with MS support) to uninnstall office, remove
Microsoft folders from regedit and remove opa12.dat file. No luck, when I
reinstall (this is my third time) with the backup cd from MS I still get
into reduced mode.
I tried to open word in safe mode (ctrl), I was then able to see the
activation window, telling me everything was activated. I pressed activate
again, and it responded thank you etc. your product is now activated. Still
reduced mode. Now I do not get activation window in safe mode.
Also the "office button" advanced/activate does not do any good. Either
nothing happens or it says the program i activated already.
This forum is my last hope...
