I know that the tool works with Enterprise Edition but I can't find any documentation stating whether or not the OCT is available with the Small Business Edition. Any help is greatly appreciated. In order to go forward with the work around you must have access to the Enterprise Edition. The installer CD for this edition contains an "Admin" folder that must be present for the OCT to work. If you copy and paste the "Admin" folder into the same location as the installer files for another version you should be able to run the OCT tool.

We have the 'Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007' CD, but I cannot locate an Admin folder on it. I need to use the OCT tool but obviously cannot run it without the Admin folder. Would it be located at the root of the CD?
