Okay, so my drive is a dual one it reads both CD's and DVD's. The version of H&S that I have is on a CD. My cd rom does seem to be working cause Ive been playing movies and cds and they load up automatically. Also, the windows explorer: is that openig up 'my computer' and loading it from there...if so then that is not working as well. What I find interesting about this all, is that I installed it perfectly fine on my laptop. Is there any other route that I can go?
