When I tried to install (Upgrade) MS Office 2003 on a PC with Office 2000
already installed the installation started asked for the product Key and if
I wanted to install new or update after I chose update it started but
nothing happened (no progress bar action) and when I tried to cancel the
installation it froze the PC.
Have tried three times and have waited last time for about an hour but
locked at the start and no progress. OS XP Home.
