From within Office apps, we cannot connect to Office Online. We can open office.microsoft .com from IE no problem, but when looking for help or templates etc. from within any Office application, we cannot connect. There are no errors, just the message "Not Connected."
I thought it was our firewall configuration (Watchguard) but I monitored the logs and the connection was okay, no denials. We do not run local firewalls on our PC's.
Any suggtestions?
