Hi.

When printing out the same mail in same shared mailbox there is a difference
between how the top
of the mail is printed. User 1 gets all the information as Name, From: Sent:
To: Subject: and added files
while User2 gets nothing of that.

What causes this difference and how do I correct it?

Version of Outlook? Are all the latest updates installed?
