When I go tools>email accounts I get "the operation failed due to registry or instalation problems" Have used the repair tool andf have also doen a full uninstall and re-install. When I restart my PC I get"unable to locate component BTTRAY.EXE and then his application has failed to start ( I don't know which one)because wbtapi.dll was not found. Thanks

Neither the bttray.exe nor wbtapi.dll are native Outlook files.
Examine what addins you have that integrate with Outlook, remove them, and try a repair installation of Outlook.
Failing that, uninstall the applications that use those files, reboot, then uninstall Office and reboot again. Then try the install of Office again.
