Error with using Max in a Pivot Table

I have a pivot table in Excel 2007 SP1 that is behaving strangely.

It has a table with 2 labels and date in each row. I create a pivot table to
find the latest date for each combination of labels. I have the 2 labels as
Row Labels and the date in the Value using the Max summarization function. I
am also formating as an outline.

The detailed rows are correct but the total line at the summary is wrong.
When I hide details, the value changes to the right one. If I show them
again, it is wrong again.

I would upload the file if I knew how.

Excel 2007
The error is related to the position of the blank cells.
I did not find a solution or workaround.
