I have a weird problem that numerous users are experiencing in our office.
We have users who have manually added users to their contacts list that would
normally be found in the GAL. The users want to have the capability to
e-mail the users via their blackberry (which syncs wirelessly with their
contacts address book) without having to do a lookup in the GAL. It seems
that after some time the users disappear from their contacts list. Now they
can still do a lookup in the GAL but the problem comes is when they do not
have e-mail capability with their bb, if it has disappeared from the contacts
list, then they have no contact information for this user. The only entries
that disappear seem to be the users that are found in the GAL. I have also
experienced this problem.
