The copied file has no access limitations visible in properties. But, when I attempt to import it into my outlook 2003 on my Vista PC, I get a Microsoft Outlook Message "File Access Denied. You do not have the permission required to access the file C:\Users\(me)\Appdata\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Backup.pst". It makes no difference where the file is - I get the same access denied problem. Never export to or import from a PST to transfer data between Outlook instances. Also, be sure you never overwrite one PST with another of the same name if it is active in an existing mail profile.
