Scanning OCR Documents into Word 2007 format issue "DWJ" <dean.johnson0[ at ]gmail.com> 10/5/2008 3:46:16 AM I am using a document program called Readiris and it is used for scanning forms and then being able to send into Microsoft Word or Adobe so you can fill out just as you would on a regular typewriter and then print. When I scan using Readiris into Word 2007, the format keeps changing it's not like the format on the original document all check boxes are changed into zeros certain parts are smooched together header is also missing. I checked the settings in Word and do not know how to make the incoming into Microsoft Word the same as original? Can someone help me fix this problem. What settings can I adjust in Microsoft Word.
