Thread: Outlook autocomplete corruption?

Outlook autocomplete corruption?

Outlook's "autocomplete" somehow got corrupted, at least with respect to one
e-mail address: "nm[ at ]domainName.com", after we moved from Exchange Server 2003
to Exchange Server 2007.
I deleted the .nk2 files on all of the computers in our domain, but that
has not solved the problem.
Even when users type out : "nm[ at ]domainName.com", Outlook's "autocomplete"
somehow inserts something that closes the e-mail to fail with respect to
"nm[ at ]domainName.com".

Each time we try to send something to "nm[ at ]domainName.com", Exchange Server
returns the following error message:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:
'NM'

Any suggestions about how to track down and solve the problem would be much
appreciated.
