Hi I am trying to reload the above product back on to my computer following
an error which occurred when SP3 was downloaded to my computer. I can't find
the CD case which has the product key code as the CD's are kept in a flip
folder now. My computer still shows the icons but when I click on them it
tells me the file path is invaild. I cant reinstall as i do not have my key
code. Where can I go to in microsoft to uplift the code. The product has been
registered by us with microsoft previously. Appreciate any assistance. Thanks
G

Unfortunately you are out of luck until you find that product key. There are
a couple of programs that can do it for newer versions of Office but they do
not work on Office 2000. You are going to have to find that CD case.

You can check here if you registered your product correctly. You will need exactly the answers that you gave as info or otherwise you will get nothing
