Cross Reference Links broken upchuck 11/26/2008 7:31:01 PM I have a document where I placed captions under my illustrations. I would then reference those illustrations throughout the document. I have come back after a few weeks to re-visit this document and now when I use " insert> reference> cross-reference" they are missing from my "reference type: figure" How can I fix?

SOLUTION upchuck 12/2/2008 9:56:08 PM I determined what the cause was and was able to fix it. The problem occured because I had an operating system upgrade and therefor had MS Office 2003 re-installed. So any customizations that I made to Word where therefor gone. The customization was in my captions. I added a new label called "Illustration" once I placed it back in and updated my fields (Ctrl+all and F9) Everything was back into place.
