Is there a way to define the curve of the Auto-shape 'rounded rectangle'
other than with the yellow triangle?

Using VBA, you can set it to a precise numberical value.

If you have the rounded rectangle, selected, use

Selection.ShapeRange.Adjustments(1)=0.1

If you're not familiar with VBA and macros, this could get you started:
