Deploying master category list to co-workers ? Burgundy 12/29/2008 12:11:01 PM Hi, I know there are 3rd party enterprisewide packages available, but is there a simple way for me to distribute my own category list (ca 15 categories) to my 10+ coworkers ? We all use OL 2007. Best Olof (Sweden)

Maybe that will do it. But that won't spread your colors. As it sounds like you just want to do it once, you might install Category Manager (link in my sig), and use that tool to export/import all of your categories and colors.
