For Word 2003, run the Windows Control Panel > Software > Office setup > Add or remove features. I'm sure you'll find it listed as quickly as I could, likely something along " Shared features > International support".

I'm pretty sure the eefonts.dot from Word2000 still works, and they are referring to that. It's in the Office Ressource Kit Tools for the older versions. But you got it already, so I didn't have to tell you. Just for anybody else who might need the feature <g>
