Invalid Product Key after Restoring Laptop moffat 11/28/2008 7:35:01 AM I buoght Office 2007 for my laptop and I installed it and it worked fine but for completely different reasons I had a problem with my laptop and had to restore it to factory settings. Now when I try to install Office again it says my product jey is invalid although it is the same one I used before. What can I do?

Remember there is one for the operating system and a different one for Office.

I checked and checked and checked and I was sure I didn't make a mistake but as it turns out, I saw a six where there was a G. Why they have to make those Product Keys so small is beyond me.
