mail merge database

Hi
I want to make a database for a group of volunteers to use for mailings.
Store names and addresses and a few other details
add and delete members using a form
click a button to run a label mail merge from a table
ditto from a query
I can do these things independently but find the mail label report can't
generate the labels from the label wizard Avery A4 size -is there a
workaround for it?
Also I will make the Database in word 2003 but they are using 2007- will
they still be able to run the database?
Thanks

"... will make the Database in Word 2003..." -- This newsgroup supports
Microsoft Access, the relational database. If you are really considering
building this in Word, post to the Word-oriented newsgroups...
