I have updated everything, and the service pack 3 goes through the motions of
installing, but then I get a message that says that it was not installed. I
don't think there is an error message code relating to this problem. I have
been having this problem for months. I've also had issues with opening my
excel program, as it would say to wait while it installs..... Any help would
be appreciated especially for the service pack 3 update, as I think that may
be affecting my excel operations.
