Dropdowns for File and Tools have disappeared! JWCrosby 12/1/2008 5:59:01 PM My boss just reported to me that the dropdown menus in Word for "File" and "Tools" have disappeared. He can get the button to highlight, but when he clicks it, nothing happens. And only with the "File" and "Tools" dropdowns. All other buttons are working okay. I had him email me one of his files and I had no problem with it, so it appears to be in his Word. Office 2003 Pro, running on XP SP3. Any suggestions for help would be appreciated. Jerry
