Outlook 2003 User Profiles in Vista Robwilli 11/26/2008 12:10:01 AM How do I add a second email user profile for Outlook 2003 running in Windows Vista? I was able to do this in Win XP, but under Vista, there is no "Mail" option under user profiles in Control Panel. Can anyone help?

In my configuration, I had to open "Control Panel" in classic view, go to "View 32 Bit Control Panel Items," click on the "Mail" icon, then "Show Profiles." Tried to start Outlook... got this Dialog Box. "Cannot Start Microsoft Office Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version." I found a work around by changing the .DLL file name to .OLD. Now I do what you have done...Control panel / Mail / and Mail Setup Opens, then Data Files. My issue is that the Open Folder BUTTON is greyed out. I cannot direct Outlook to my .PST file I brought from my old machine???
