How do I remove preview for AutoText Gallery entries Soccer Guy 12/31/2008 4:30:01 AM I have about 10 to 12 AutoText Entries. In word 2003 I simply created a toolbar which showed the title of each AutoText entry. This was very simple and easy to use. In Word 2007, I see they now have a AutoText gallery. I added the icon to the quick access toolbar. When I click the icon, it shows a preview of each AutoText. It's very time consuming to scroll down multiple pages each time I want to select the correct AutoText entry. I simply want a list of AutoText entries without a preview of each. Any idea how I change this?

I added the Quick Parts icon to the QAT but when I select the drop down box, there is still a preview of each entry and not way in which to sort them as you could in Word 2003.
