And what's your question? Have you looked in the documentation and
don't understand it? Or are you too lazy to do any homework and
expect to have it handed to you?

If the latter, good luck with that.

Hello,

David, what documentation? I use access only, and in the HELP of the
program, not spoke about how to modify the "retention period" to avoid this
problem when synchronize the replicas of microsoft access. Sorry for my
english....
Greetings
Utopian.-

Then that means you've embarked on using replication without having
done appropriate preparation.

On the front page of my Jet Replication Wiki is a link to a page with
all the documentation. You'll find what you need there. If you need
clarification of what you read there, post back.

Have you read the documentation?

If so, I'm happy to try to clarify anything there that may be
confusing or misleading.

But if you haven't, then, sorry, but you've got to do your homework.
The issue has been discussed in this newsgroup many, many times over
the years, and checking Google Groups for this newgroup for
"retention" should give you what you need.

I see no point in posting the same answers over and over and over
again. I prefer to post answers that increase the utility of the
newsgroup's archive by providing *new* information. If you're
encountering problems interpreting the documentation, it's helpful
to have clarification in the newsgroup, because that can help other
people who have the same problems.

If you haven't *read* the documentation, then you're asking the
newsgroup to serve your personal needs without any respect to larger
issues. That's selfish, and I, for one (despite the fact that I can
very easily look up the exact answer to your question and
regurgitate it to you here in the newsgroup) will not help you out
in those circumstances.

David, the problem was inherited, and i do not believe that it has to look
much the why of my consultation. This is not a site for "judge" but to guide
and help. The reasons for which are used to be helped does not necessarily
must be for laziness or lack of desire. I use Access basically by which i
reaches for my task. I cannot see why reason i cannot have any doubt that
exceed my knowledge of everyday use. Anyway, thank you for your answers,
guidance and understanding. Greetings, Utopian.-

PS: Excellent your wiki!
