Does licensed for three PC mean three installations or using the product on
only three PC's at one time?
Foe example if I replace one of my PC's or it crashes and I buy a new disk,
can I install it?
It will still be on three PC's.

Not really an Office.xml question.
When I tried this it wouldn't let me install on the fourth PC. You will have
to contact Microsoft and persuade them that one installation is no longer
being used.
