When you Update Labels, Word will only show you the first 30 labels, one page. When you complete the merge: 1. If you choose to Print, it will Merge to Print and will print all labels for you. 2. If you choose to Edit Individual Labels, it will Merge to a New Document, it will create a new document and you will see all the labels on no matter how pages it is.
