Office Ultimate 2007 Product ID "Erik" <reply-to-group[ at ]email.net> 11/1/2008 4:59:41 AM I am trying to get MS support for an installation problem of Office Ultimate 2007 and I am being asked for the product ID (not key). Since the product is not installed, I cannot access the ID the way they explain. (It was a download). Any ideas? Thank you for your help.
