The only possible way is with wine see www.winehq.com. And I doubt it runs very well. Last time I looked anyhow. Click on AppDb on the left hand menu and search for more details. Also notice how most of the top ten list is games. That'll tell you where a "boring" business app like Access fits in.
For that matter why not setup WINE, test and submit bug reports to the Wine folks.
Or if there is an equivalent product to Virtual PC or VMWare which runs on Linux so you can run an appropriate Windows version.
