Convert MS Excel data to MS Access database

I have Office 2000 and would like to know how to convert an MS Excel
worksheet to my MS Access database.

You can copy the excel spreadsheet and they click on the tables tab in Access
and paste it in the tables area and access will automatically create a table
for you and insert the information.

Billy,
Thanks for your help. However I had received the answer a few days ago.
I have had a nightmare with my Excel since this update was attempted.
All that I have remaining is the Shortcut bar has ? marks over most of the
icons. Thanks again.
