Full 97 - 03 Runtime: ODBC Call Failed
I have inherited a behemoth of an application developed in A97. I have
finally completed a successful compile and conversion to A2003. The users'
front-end is now being deployed in A2003 Runtime.
There is one place where the code is failing. However, it does not fail for
every user. All users can successfully run in A97. Most users can
successfully run in A2003RT. But there are a ha...

access 2007
I would like to be able to run office 2000 and office 2007 on my home pc. I
want my office files that are in office 2000 to stay the way they are for 3
more months due to having wedding plans in office 2000. I do not want those
office 2000 files to be changed for 3 months.
If I put office 2007 on the home pc, will all the files be converted to
office 2007?
I am asking that questions ...

open existing .adp in Access 2007
I have upgraded to Access 2007, now I can not open 2003 .adp files. Double
click on file starts access but file does not open, no error, just nothing
except the Access intro. Even create new adp (in 2007), add a few bits,
save, close, will NOT reopen. VERY frustrating to spend money and go
backwards. Back end is SQL server 2005. Any input would be very
appreciated, thank you....

Hyperlinks in Access
I cannot get my hyperlinks to work in a report I created in Access, so I read
that you can get them to work if you "output" or "export" the report to word,
which I did, and it still doesn't work. The error message says "The address
of this site is not valid. "Can anyone help???
Thanks a bunch!!!

Export Tables to SQL Server
I have a database already in Access 2003, and want to export the structure
(just the tables, not the data) into SQL Server Express 2005 (there are no
stored queries, macros, etc... to worry about).
What's the easiest way to do this?
I've tried using the Upsizing Wizard, but it doesn't seem to want to talk to
SQL Server Express.
Thanks
Phil.

just upgraded to Access 2007.
When I try to open this DB I get the following message:

Access 2007 Runtime on Machine With Older Version?
A client of mine likes some of the new bells and whistles in Access 2007,
and is thinking about converting our A03 format MDB to an A07 format file.
However, while some of the users have A07, many do not, and it's not clear
when they would get it. His thought was to use the upcoming Access 2007
runtime to allow the users who are still running Office 2003 to be able to
run the database.

I'm getting this error message when I attempt to run Line n in the source.
