Turn_off confirm message"Table will be deleted" inside a Macro
I am running a Macro that opens a MkTb Query. This Macro is Sub to a
RunMacro command that repeats a calculated number of times. I can not get
the Macro to run without the confirm message "Table ... will be deleted"
appearing and having to click yes on the confirm message. This Macro will
cycle as many as 200+ times. I have tried to turn off tools -- options --

duplicates
Hi all,
I have 4 text fields in access (field1,field2,field3,field4) which contains
duplicate data (more than few 100),
Is there any way to delete everything duplicate that I have?
I don't know if Access 2007 has the features to remove duplicates without
writing to much code, I'm using 2003 ver.

Changing pdf report name with macro
I would like to change the name of a report that I will be sending as a pdf.
Is there a way to set up a variable to change the name of the report based on
a field in a table? I've done it with the subject line in a email so I know

Access2000 converted to Access2007
Hello,
I sent question to general questions, but perhaps this is more a macro and

Access Switchboard
I have created some macros in access to attach to command buttons on a
switchboard. When I run the macros by themselves, they run fine, however

Run a macro and pause before running second macro

I created an Import table macro and a rename macro . I also created a form
that gets data from a query associated with the table that is imported
(tblTest). The import table macro runs the (rename macro and also opens this

Format Find box
I am usinig a bar code scanner to search for records using a Find button on
the menu bar, however it appears that the find box is set to text so it picks
up leading and ending Alpha characters which are not stored in the database.
Is there a way to format this box to be numeric, and how do I get to edit it

how do i reference the current field of a form in a macro?
i am trying to reset an option group if criteria is met via a macro. if the
criteria is met i want the option group value to be Null, otherwise as set by
the user. any help with this would be great. i am not remotely skilled at

Run Macro
I have 2 macros set up to automatically export information to an excel
template. When I go to tools and to run macro, neither macro shows up. In
order to run the macros I have to go into VBE and run them from there. Any

How to Overwrite Existing Records Using Import of TransferSpreadsh
When using a TransferSpreadsheet action in a macro, how do you overwrite
existing records instead of appending to the table? Once the macro is
complete, I would like for only the header fields to remain (no data). Is
there a means to delete the records (not the table) at the end of the macro

macro commands not allowed
Some macro commands I used in 2003 (send keys, etc.) are not avialble or
won't run in 2007. I know it's because Access thinks the database is not
trusted but I've added the database location to trusted location and enabled
all macros. Is there anything else I can try. Thanks

Transfer Text won't overwrite existing file
Hi
I am using Access 2000. I am trying to output a file as a csv, using
Transfer Text. If the output filename already exists, the action fails -
even with Warnings set to No. Is this normal? If so, I guess I'll have to a)
check if the output filename already exists and then b) delete it if it does
(seems a bit of a daft route to go!).
