Drawing toolbar
Is there any way to creat an Icon for the drawing toolbar under quick access
toolbar?
It is so inconvienent to get to.

assistance with budget design
I am trying to build a five year month-by-month personnel budget. I have my
staff names in column A, their anniversary dates (always on the first of a
given month) in column B, and their current monthly salary in column C. Row A
contains months from July 2007 through June 2012.
My assumptions are:

printing multi pages on one sheet
I would like to print a catalog so that columns A,B,C print on the left side
of the page then on the right then continue onto the next page. I thought I
was onto something under PAGE SETUP, PRINT TITLES, PAGE ORDER, OVER THEN
DOWN. Didn't do what I thought it would....

Excel Macros & Personal.xls
Excel 2003 - I used to know how to do this, but have lost the procedure.
Here's the question:
I have a worksheet Personal.xls located in the folder Docs & Settings \ User
\ Application Data \ Microsoft \ Excel \ XLStart
I want it to become a hidden worksheet in my default worksheet, so the
macros will always be available.
What are the steps to do this?

Open separate instances of excel
When I open an excel document, excel opens the document in the same instance
of excel. When you close excel, it closes all open workbooks. I would like
to be able to close the instance of excel that I am working in (by hitting
the top X) and continue to work on seperate excel documents that are open.
This works in Word, but not in excel. Any ideas on how to fix this one?

Excel 2007 Ribbons
Hello,
In my version of Excel 2007, all the ribbon tabs are not displaying.
The Developer tab is not showing, how can I go about getting it to display?
(And/OR)
If this is not possible, how can I add another tab to the existing tabs so
that I can populate it with icons as I desire?
If possible please answer both questions.

I need to set up a spreadsheet to computer overtime. Each person work 37.50
hours a week. Listing in, out toltal hrs. worked minus scheduled hours (7.5)

Weight differece need everyting to be positive
I am having a hard time trying to figure out a solution to this problem. I
am setting up a spread sheet with shipping weights. Some packages go out
over weight other go out under weight and I want to setup a spread sheet that
shows the total weights we are off. I have a colom that has our weight, the

Style template for Excel 2007 CSV files
I've created book.xltx and sheet.xltx in the XLSTART directory to manage the
styles which are available in my new workbooks and worksheets.
However, this doesn't seem to affect the styles which are attached to
workbooks I open with Excel->New->Blank, or when I open a .CSV file.
How do I set up those style defaults?
Also, if I want to change many styles, must I click Home ->Ce...

Unable to open some 2003 files in Excel 2007
Hi All,
When one of our users uses Excel 2007 to open 97-2003 documents he gets the
following error occasionally - "Excel cannot open this document with the

Double-click and open .csv file
When I double-click a .csv file on my computer, it is opened in Excel with
the right info in the right column.
When my colleges do it on their computer, all the info is displayed in the
first column only.

Formula Bar & Payoff Table functionality, Megastat
I stongly suspect that even though formula bar appeared to be selected but my
excel 2000 is missing the functionality.
Tool>options>view shows furmula bar is ticked but can't find it any where.

Setting up Excel worksheet
How to get Column Headings to show up where A, B, C, D, etc. are?
This allows user to start data on A1/Row #1 so that the numbering works
automatically. Column labels above Row #1 will also allow the
labels/headings to appear on each page of the worksheet and not just A, B, C,
D, etc....

Faulting application excel.exe
One of my users is receiveing the following error message when closing out of
excel:
Faulting application excel.exe, version 11.0.8120.0, stamp 4578a992,
faulting module mso.dll, version 11.0.8122.0, stamp 4592f985, debug? 0, fault
address 0x00033681.
But, the only time she receives it is when Outlook is running.
I have tried re-installing and updating with no luck.
Any suggestions????...

Hyperlinks opening in a new window.
When using Excel 2003 my hyperlinks to various other Excel databases open in
a new excel window. Is there anyway to turn this feture off so that the link
opens in the same window where it was launched?
