550 relay prohibited
I just started using outlook 2007 I was able to get emails from all of my
friends and family now I receive this message that the system administer
would not send these emails.
I worked just fine 3 weeks ago when I first started send to my grand
children and my kids now they are all being prohibited....

"After sending a message

and only on this computer

I have this rule in my outlook twice, once for my private and once for my

Rules question
Outlook 2007
for example, I subscribe to numerous groups from yahoo and google, I want
them all in the same folder, is it better to have one rule that moves the
messages, like, "apply to message sent to group1 or group2 or group3, etc.
move to folder" or one rule for each email I want sent to the folder even
though its the same folder?
is there a clear "best" way?

Importing Outlook Express Messages
Hi There - I appreciate any help.
I had hard drive problems, and I had a new hard drive installed. The
failing drive, formerly my c' drive, is now installed as my 'E' drive, so I
can recover files to the new ('c') drive. I am trying to get/import my saved
folders and messages from the OE 6 on the E drive, but can't find them. Can
anyone tell me how to get these back? I don't think...

mail format to HTML
One fellow employee sends all his mail in plain text.
That's fine.
But I frequently need to forward that with comments.
All my internal mail normally goes as HTML.
But replies to plain text go as plain text.
I can change it from plain text to HTML or RTF,
and I wnat to automate that.
I either need to:
1) have the reply always be in HTML, even for plain text, or

I don't have Outlook but would like to send someone a email to invite them
to a meeting.

Add New Group in Tasks List
Outlook 2007
On the Navigation pane in the Task list there is an "Add New Group" option.
I have created a new group called Custom Views, but I have not been able to
figure out how to add my custom views to the new group. What kinds of items
can be placed in a group, and how do I add items to a group?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

New Email Messages
I just installed Outlook 2007 on my new PC and for some reason the new
messages I received can only be received when I press the SEND/RECEIVE
BUTTON. My Outlook at work receives these new mail messages as they are
received. So how can I configure the system to make that happen?

sending email while away problem
Hi All,
I use a demon account at home, but sometimes have to visit other parts
of the UK, friends and relations etc.
They have BT accounts. Try as I have done, I can't get my email to leave
while I'm with them.
I get my incoming Pop3 with no problems direct from demon, even while
linked to the BT, but the outgoing will not work for me
Is there a tutorial or can someone give advic...

outlook says it cannot send message but it actually is repeatedly
when I hit send, message is sent to outbox (not Sent folder), popup message
reads preparing to send/receive, which then times out and a send/receive
error message is generated. however, the message is actually being sent, then
is resent in next send/receive cycles until I delete it from the outbox...

Can't open folders
Hi all,
Whenever I try to open Outlook I get this error.
"Unable to open your default email folders. Outlook could not start because
a data file to send and receive mail could not be found. To add a data
file, such as a personal folder, double-click the mail icon in control
panel".
And when I go thru the control panel icon it just tells me the file has
been deleted.

Outlook 2003 Sorting Issues
I have a very important user that is having issues sorting in
Outlook. Here are the notes that I have:
1. If you sort by "from", it will sort from A - Z, but in the middle
of "C", you will see a name that starts with "J". If you expand that
user that starts with "J", then you see a ton of emails that aren't

Two Outlooks Running
Earlier today, my Outlook 2007 crashed while changing between emails. Now,
when I start Outlook, I have two Outlooks on my taskbar. There is only one
Outlook.exe process running however. What can I do to get only one Outlook
to show up?

Office2003- OUTLOOK Not wkg.
Message says INSTALL OUtlook. How do I do it for OULOOK ONLY.Inserting the CD

Outlook 2003 Hiding email address question
I'm a rookie so please help. I have a client who does not like his email to
show on any emails. He only wants me to have his email and his emails get
fwd'd around our office and to other vendors etc. Is there any way I can
save him as a contact and only have his alias viewable in replys, cc's, etc?

Saving a picture in Outlook 2007
Greetings,
I cannot save a picture or graphic that is sent to me in an email in Outlook
2007. I used to be able to click on a picture emailed to me and a dialog box
opened that allowed me to save the picture or graphic in My Pictures.
Now when I click on the picture or graphic I get a dialog box that allows me

I can't click on new mail message.

they seem to be disabled. The writing on the buttons is a dull grey rather

Outlook 2003 SMTP Error
I'm running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Pro SP3 without an exchange
backend. I can receive e-mails just fine, but I can't send e-mails. I
get an Error 421 SMTP Timeout (abridge error message). It's only
happening on some machines and not others. It started today. Nothing
has changed internally or on the machines that don't send. It's weird
and frustrating.

2007 Printing Calendar
When I print the "Daily Style", I cannot change the font for the timed
appointments. There is only an option to change the font in the "Task" list.

Showing two simultaneous calendars and cannot delete one
