Creating form in Outlook 2003
Hi,
I designed a form in outlook. It is a form to send orders to different
providers and I would like to put a check box that when checked the
appropriate email is automatically entered in the "to" field. Also
that same check box should enable a text box. I am not too sure how to
do that, I guess it would take the use of VBA but I haven't use it
since about 7 years and I've forgotten how t...

Error message in Outlook
I have just got a blackberry and am trying to set up outlook to use with it.
I have had my computer 5 years, but never tried to use outlook before. When I
click on it, I get the following error message:
"The extension configuration file c:\Program Files\microsoft
office\office\addins\fldpub.ecf could not be installed. There is an error in
the syntex or format of the file"

Outlook takes forever to download new mail
I am having a problem where Outlook takes hours to download mail if I
have more than 20 or so messages on the server (POP). If I am using
Outlook and new messages come in one at a time...no problem. But if I
go offline and then come back and have a large amount of messages
(especially if they have attachments) it gets the first couple of
emails and then grinds to a halt and takes a few minute...

Non-deliverable on Task
All,
The issue is Manager has assigned a task in Outlook to Staff. Later on,
Manager modified the task and save it, then Manager got a NDR. The error
says,
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

How To Delete Address
We have a distribution list (or group) in our GAL called "helpdesk"
Somewhere in my travels, I seem to have sent an e-mail to "help @
symantec.com" or something like that.
Now if I'm not careful, whenever I type "help" in my To: line in Outlook, it
selects the symantec address as its first option. I have to be real careful
and type "helpd" in order to select the right alias.

Report on related messages
Hi There
We use our email response times as a service performance indicator. At the
moment it is a manual process where we check the date/time we receive an
email and then when we respond. If there is more than one set of to'ing and
fro'ing with the email, we report on the date/time of the first email and the
date/time of the last email where the issue was resolved.

How stop Outlook from emptying other e-mail Inboxes?
Outlook has just started to sweep and empty my e-mail inboxes in Juno and
Comcast before I can read and delete or answer them. Messages are retained
in Outlook but I prefer to use my other e-mail programs as a default. How do
I stop this without removing Outlook? Thanks....

Import into Outlook from Folder
Hi all
Is there a free tool that is available for importing messages from a
folder into Microsoft Outlook 2002?
We have had computer problems, and have finally decided to move over
to outlook from outlook express. We copied the sub-folders in outlook
express into new folders in my computer, but trying to copy 4000 e-

Snooze->Recreate appointment?
I was wondering if there's a way to re-create an appointment whne snoozing.
That is, if you snooze an appointment within minutes no problem, but when
you snooze for a week, you end collecting enldess to-do lists.... Would be
nice to have an option to chooser to re-create the same appointment on a
given date...

Why would a message change from "read" back to "unread" in Outlook?

My boss has a desktop PC running Outlook XP in online mode and a
portable running Outlook 2007 in cached mode. His mailbox is on an Ex

Transferring mail from Outlook to Mail client on new Vista PC
Old PC is XP Home with Outlook 2002.
I have other .pst files besides the default Outlook.pst
New PC is Vista Home Premium
New PC does not have Outlook.
I will use either Windows Mail, Winodws Live Mail, or Thunderbird on new PC

OL2007: Changing exchange hosts
I recently switched Exchange hosts. I deleted the account which hits
the old host, deleted the profile which contained that account, then
created a new profile with a new account. However, when I log into my
new profile, after logging into my new exchange host, I still get a
login prompt requesting credentials for the old host.

active x control problem
I open an e-mail then close it later after others have been read quite often
when reopening I get message this has activex controls and cannot be
displayed in the window. If I close outlook and reopen then this does not
happen. It only comes about during use. Also does not happen all the time. It
then applies the control to all e-mails Ido have a good anti virus program
running.

calendar month view - individual appointment times not showing
Before in calendar/ view month / High mode / I was able to view
individual appointment times on each day. It now only shows a titled

Outlook 2007 bugs when launching
I recently tried to import/export my data to a new computer (Vista). I
copied the export file and the outlook.pst file to a flash drive, and then

Access Outlook Add-in for Data Collection & Publishing won't load
I am trying to utilize the Collect Data via e-mail function and keep

Outlook Find Not Working
I have a user running Outlook 2003 connected to an Exchange 2003 mailbox not
using Cached Exchange Mode and his Find tool in Outlook doesn't work. You
can pick a folder that only has 11 items and search for a word in the
subject line and Outlook will search for a half hour and will not find

All my Contact pictures disappeared!
I had pictures associated with a good many of my contacts in Outlook 2007. I
happen to open it up today and I noticed that all of the pictures were
absent in the Contacts Business Cards view. The dedicated folder in My

Outlook Desktop Alerts
Hello all, I have a user who has this issue. Upon reciept of an e-mail,
he/she recieves the Desktop Alert, then gets a second alert for the same
