Problem with reloaded BCM
Everything was working fine until I started having trouble with BCM (Office
Pro 2003, XP Pro machine) after a registry clean (Comodo). I tried to revert
back to the previous Registry but that didn't fix anything.
After many tries I've finally gotten to the point where I uninstalled and
reinstalled Office Pro 2003 successfully. All the necessary .NET Frameworks
have been re-installed ...

Database Tool
Hi,
My BCM database should be on SBS 2003.
I can successfully create the BCM DB on SBS with the database tool for BCM.
And the process to share the db within the same tool terminates successfully
too. I granted acces to the user, which has to work on the client-pc with bcm.
But I don't "see" the db on the client-pc within bcm.
The connection between pc and sbs is ok, since I can open this...

Creating contacts from template
We need to create 500+ contacts, all of them have the same information except
for name and e-mail address.
Is there a way to make a "template" contact? it will hold all the
information, so we can create new contacts with all that information filled
in?
We would also want to do the same thing with the opportunities section.

Bug? To Field in Communication History becomes Required Attendees
I've been reviewing my Communication History with a particular contact in the
History tab of their contact details.
This contact sends out multiple e-mails, sometimes directly to me and other
times as part of a group. I tried to customise the view and add the "To"
field to the display. However, every time I do that it displays "Required
Attendees" instead. I've tried combining this in ...

Updating business contacts when account details are changed?
I'm adding in company accounts first, and then creating individual accounts
for the contacts at those companies.
However, if I make a change to the company account (address), each of the
linked contacts don't update their details. I have to individually go into
each business contact and update their details too.
Is there a simpler way to do this, particularly when it comes to address...

I've found that I can add personalized fields to the contact page. However,

Can I add a reoccurring reminder to my contacts?
I'd like to set a reminder on my contacts so every 2 months I'm reminded that
I need to get in touch again. Is there a way to do that or do I manually have
to set each reminder?
If I can do a reoccurring reminder, is it possible for it to reset if it
detects that an e-mail was sent to/from that contact in the history?
Thanks,
-Kevin. ...

Search for Contact - Not Found (Until Switching Views)
Hi,
I have been working with Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager for
about 6 months. I moved from ACT!, and I'm still trying to get used to the
differences.
I am experiencing a problem with searches. If I type a name into the search
box, I often receive a message that no contacts can be found. I know the
contact is in the database. If I switch views (for example, from "Busines...

BCM Reminders for BCM contacts
I see that others have this same problem but no suggestions on a fix. My
company has the issue it seems to occur the first Monday of each month.
We've looked at the BCM SQL dbs for reminders but don't see anything that
would indicate them going off. And nothing in Outlook provides us with an
answer. This is going to be a show stopper if we can't figure this out.
Would you suggest a call ...

New Contact in BCM 2007
I am having an issue with my BCM 2007. When I select new business contact my
outlook doesn't open a dialogue box. It does nothing. I can't open and view
the contact details for contacts currently listed in the BCM either.
I am new to using BCM 2007, either I am an idiot, which is very possible or
BCM 2007 is a PIA.
Thanks in advance!...
