Calendar and Task pst files screwed up?
I like to keep my calendar and tasks in synch between work and home. So I
export the Calendar and Task .pst files from one, and import them into the
other. Until recently, this has worked fine. Since last week, I am no
longer able to import Tasks.pst. I get this error message: “The Personal
Folders File (.pst) is already in use in the current profile.†Also, when I

Appointment Alarm doesn't work
I recently rebuilt my machine and re-installed Outlook 2007 and am now
connected to a different exchange server from before.
The alarm icon doesn't show up on the appointments when looking at the
calendar and I don't get popup reminders.
If I open each appointment, the reminder is set for 15 min.
I verified Tools -> Options -> Calendar
[X] Default reminder: 15 min

Monthly Meeting fourth occurance last occurance duplication
I have meetings that occur on the second, third, fourth, and last Tuesday of
every month. Since the meeting does not occur on the first Tuesday, I chose
to schedule each weekly meeting on a monthly reoccurrence. However,
sometimes the fourth Tuesday is the last Tuesday and sometimes it is not
(when there are five Tuesdays in a month). Is there a way to schedule a

Calendar has (1) next to it like an email folder?
I do not know why my calendar has a (1) next to it. It looks just like an
email folder where there is 1 unread email message - except it is my
calendar. Anyone know what this could be and how to get rid of it?

2007 Change day & week view?
Outlook 2007
In the day and week views is there a way to only show busy times? By
this I mean that if the only thing I have scheduled for a day is an 8
PM appointment it will not show up in the day or week initial view
unless I scroll down because the display is showing all of the empty
time slots first. I would like the display to show the 8 PM appt.

How to purge cancelled meeting requests
We are using Exchange 2003 Services, we have approx 6 boardroom calendars
configured. We run into the problem of many cancelled meetings. Is there
anyway to purge these meeting requests from the back end Exchange based on
cancellation only?

Can I undo changes to a calendar event after saving?
I have a recurring event on my Outlook calendar (2007 professional). When I
made changes to the recurring schedule all of my information from the past
year which had been on the events disappeared. Is there any way to back up or
undo changes after they have been made? [PS- the undo button won't work, I
think the change has been saved.]...

Moved mailboxes to new Exch 2003 Svr. Now Free/Busy only has "No I
I moved all the mailboxes to a new instance of Exchange 2003 running on
Windows Server 2003 (same software versions, just a new box). Now when anyone
tries to schedule a meeting their free/busy info looks ok, but all other
invitees only display the "No Information" slashes. Is there a
setting/switch/option on the Exchange 2003 server that needs to be (re)set?

Printing by category
Is there a way to email or print a calendar by category AND make the subject
of each appt = the name of the category.
An example will help. I have a calendar with a lot of information...some of
the appts are patient appts that show the patient's name. I need to share a
list of appointment times and dates without revealing the patient name.

Windows Mobile Outlook Issue
I have windows mobile ver 6.0 with office mobile. When using the outlook
function, the Calendar only holds about 2 to 3 months worth of appointment
data. How do I keep all appt info? I have a need at times to go back 6
months or even a year to look at patient appts, etc.

Can text be wrapped in Outlook 2007 when printing monthly view?
I have a huge problem and need expert assistance. Currently I wish I never
switched to Outlook 2007....but maybe your assistance can change all that :~)
I loved how I was able to print monthly calendars in Outlook 2003. I was

I use the iCalendar feature a lot, but lately I have had some that would not

due or reminder date set some time in the future, then move or copy it to my
Calendar folder, the date changes to the defaul one. For example, if today is

Calendar invites showing up as plain text to the recipient
At my last company I used Calendar (Outlook 2003) invites all the
time. I would create the event in my calendar and invite customers to
those and all would be good with the world. They would receive a

To & Optional Fields Visible
When I create a meeting request in Outlook 2003, the To field is visible but
I need to click the To button in order to see the Optional field. Is there
any way to specifiy Optional attendees directly in the meeting window without
having to open the separate dialog? (We use the Optional field for hundreds

O2k7: "copy to my calendar" button missing ?!
Folks
I'm having a wierd problem - I guess I'm overlooking something
obvious.
I have a public calendar and and my personal calendar. When creating
events in the shared (public) calendar I'd like to copy them in my
personal one with a single click.
Up to Outlook 2007 I had in the event form a button to "copy [event]
to personal calendar".
For some reason it is not anymore in the 2k7...
