appointments not appearing for attendee when scheduling meeting
When scheduling a meeting with a person not all of the appointments appear.
Yet when the person's calendar is opened, all the appointments. The
permission is set to Default Reviewer....

category filtering
I have assigned categories to some of my calendar entries and would like to
know if it is possible to apply some type of filter to only show entries
assigned a particular category.

disappearing appointments, only when calendar is shared
I have a client who has a problem where calendar items get deleted for some
reason. this only seams to happen when he shares his calandar with the
assistant. Both a reasured me that the assistant is not deleting the items.
This has never been an issue before but just started about a month ago. If i
remove the calendar sharing everything works great.

Import Excel Meeting Requests to Outlook
I have an Excel named range with columns mapped to Outlook calendar
fields. When I use Outlook's import function I am able to import all
rows to my Outlook calendar, but they import as appointments, and not
as meeting requests. The "required attendees" field is always ignored
on import.

Modifying existing calendar appointment causes weekly recurrance
Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager (3.00.7311.00)
When I modify an existing non-recurring calendar apointment (e.g. change the
"Location"), the appointment changes from non-recurring to a recurring
(weekly) appointment automatically. I do not want appointment changed from
non-recurring to recurring....

Can I automatically total my daily hours recorded in Outlook
I use the daily view in Outlook to record my time spent working for a client.
I manually work out how many hours I spend each day but I wondered if there
was a way for Outlook to automatically calculate how many hours I have
recorded.
I know this can be done in the task view but I much prefer the calendar view....

recurrence pattern is not valid - alternate calendar
Hi there
I am trying to setup a recurring appointment on an alternate calendar in
Outlook 2007. The alternate calendar is Lunar Hebrew.
For some months it works and for others not.
Any ideas why this is happening?

Error message when trying to import Excel Spreadsheet
I was just wondering if anyone else has gotten this exact error message in
Outlook 2007 when they try and import an Excel Spreadsheet using the Table
feature when in a recurring appointment?
The program used to create this object is Excel. That program is not

Outlook Add-In - Plan a Function
In Outlook you can plan a meeting and send meeting requests, but I haven't
been able to work out how to send individual customised invitations for a
social function. I can do that with a mail merge to email, but then I can't
track responses, or notify all attendees about changes the way I can for a
meeting - and it doesn't add an appointment to their calendar if they accept.

ics extension stripped
I use outlook 2003 for calendaring but Eudora 7 for email on multiple
computers. If I receive an Outlook meeting invitation in Eudora on an XP
computer, the attachment ends in .ics and works when I click on it. If I
receive the exact same invitation (by leaving it on the server and
downloading again) on a Vista computer, the.ics is stripped. If I manually

Multi-Delegates - Disappearing appointments Outlook 2007
Manager has more than 1 delegate. Only the delegates receive meeting
requests. If a delegate deletes a request without making a response, the
meeting disappears from the manager's calendar. I believe this is the case
even if another delegate has previously responded to the request. Is there a

Displaying Default Scheduling Time/Start Date
How do I change my default options to only display my office hours when
scheduling a meeting? Also how to I change my default, so that if I create a
new meeting or appointment and then go to the scheduling tab, it displays the
first open time (from today on) automatically?
