APPOINTMENT IN CALENDAR
I have an appointment in calendar that has somehow turned into an email. I
cannot delete it, move it, or change it in anyway. It remains in the middle
of the day and I need to get rid of it.--

Group Schedule hours do not show correctly
Outlook 2007, Exchange 2003, Windows XP, SP2
I have created a Group Schedule that consists of members of my department.
When I view that Group Schedule, the hours showing (at 100%) are from 8:00am
to 4:00pm. It should show from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
I checked under Tools > Options > Calendar Options > Start Time 8:00am, End
Time 5:00pm. So why is my Group Schedule only showing ...

Calendar Display
I would like to show the 7 day calendar as 2 columns, Mon, Tues Wed in first
and Thurs, Fris, Sat & Sun in the right. I have had that in the past but
cannot find how to set that up now! Is it possible and how?...

default "tentative"
hello,
I use the calendar to track my tasks as "appointments" during the day. Many
of these tasks can be interrupted if something urgent comes along, so I would
like to show the time as Tentative - can this be set as default so I do not
need to go in and change for every appointment/task?

Resource Mailbox and Distribution Lists Don't mix
Hello Freinds:
I have created a resource mailbox, but it will not let me grant permission
to any "Distribution List", I am able to add individual users just fine and
give "Author" permissions. I am getting access denied error, when I attemp
to add "Distribution List."
Does anybody know what could be causing this?

Can more than one person be the owner of a calendar event?
I create meeting events in the calendar and if my boss needs to change the
date or time, he would like to do that on the fly without having to go
through me. Is that possible. Can he change the meeting even though he isn't
the owner?

Resources not notifying delegates
I have a resource setup that notifies a group of people when a meeting is scheduled for that resource. This particular resource, however, does not notify any of the users when a meeting is scheduled. I have checked the settings and they match the other resources that are notifying people and are in line with the instructions provided. Delegates for the different mailboxes are the same. This is...

Repeating events spread over 2 days
All was well with my newly set up Calander in Outlook 2007 and the repeating
events were all in order. Suddenly upon opening the Calander I found the
repeating events spread over 2 days. I reset all of them but it flipped back
the next time I used the program. Any clues how to correct it for good?

Hi,
The calendar view in my Outlook 2003 SP2 has disappeared. How can I get it

Change default setting for all-day event
Hi - I swear 2003 didn't do this!
When I create an all-day event in 2007, as soon as I click on 'All-day
event" the "Show as" field changes from Busy to Free!! I want to change the
default so I don't have to remember to change it.

meeting requests & responses
Hi,
We have a secretary who is booking meeting requests for her boss via her
bosses calendar.
(Selecting bosses calender, right clicking day, choosing new meeting
request)
I have set via the delegates tab for the secretary to get the request & the
meeting responses.
But... The boss wants to get an e-mail about the initial meeting request

wrong delegate getting acceptance emails
Dear All
one of my users has a rather stange calender issue thati need help with
we have several members of an exec team with one PA for all of them, if the
PA sends a meeting request out from one of the execs (A) then when the people
who have been invited respond another exec(B) gets all the acceptance
replies, however exec (B) has not been invited, i cannot explain why this is

My calendar reminders aren't popping up even though I have enable.
I have appointments in my calendar but my reminders never come up. I have
enabled this through Tools, options, advanced options, reminders......but

Changing recurring Meeting to recurring Event
Does anyone know how to change a Recurring Meeting to a Recurring Event? When
you open the series of a Recurring Meeting there is no access to the all day
event check box to do so. If you open only one instance of the Meeint there
is access to the Check box, but it is not practical (impossible) to change
the overall Meeting to an Event.
Is there a workaround apart from recreating the Me...

Office 2003 to 2007 upgrade - Outlook Calendar reminders gone
Hi guys. I just upgraded to Office 2007 on my WinXP home edition. All my
appointments transferred OK but I dont get reminders anymore. I checked
under the Calendar options for and reminders is set. Any ideas of what might

How do I rename a calender
I use windows mobile windows mobile to sync my mogul with outlook. I had a
problem with outlook and needed to reinstall the program. When I did it saved
my calender as calender in personal folders. Microsoft mobile doesn't
recognize the file. Is there any way I can convert the calender back to a
form Microsoft Mobile recognizes, like renaming or copying and moving to the
original file?

When trying to open a meeting request, user got the following error
"Can’t open this item. Changes made to the item were lost due to a reconnect
with the server"

Cannot open Outlook appointment
I've found that I cannot open or create Outlook appointments. These are
individual appointments/reminders and not recurring ones. I am not getting
error messages or any other indication that something's amiss. All other
aspects of Outlook (email, contacts, tasks, notes) are working fine.

Outlook Calendars Syncing Appointments
I have two outlook calendars, one personal and another for conference
meetings. The problem is when I am adding appointments to my personal
calendar there automatically going into my conference calendar, I want these
calendars to be separate, so that the appointments I set only get placed into
the calendar it relates too....

Hi All!
I've got a big problem reagarding *.ics-files. It's possible to create an
new entry in the calendar of my outlook. Receiving an *.ics-file with a
cancellation of this specific entry, Outlook creates an new entry instead of
deleting the old one.

I searched a lot in different FAQ and ask helping freaks, but no answer

I was able to display my calendar in the normal fashion. I then did a search
for an appointment and a listing came up. I can't seem to get out of the
listing- which is now a long list of events- and back to the regular view of
the calendar.
