Address Book Missing
I've been trying to get an answer on this for over one week, and I think Russ
may have given up on me.
I've been using Outlook 2007 for 1 year without any problems. Then all of a
sudden, my address book does not show any of my contacts. I've successfully
created several new profiles, and still nothing.
I've seen several other posts that seem to indicate that this is not uncommon.

Outlook 2003 with Business Contacts, WinXP SP3
My husband is backing up his system. We've found and saved the Outlook pst
file. Is the info from Business Contacts add-on included in the same pst, or
do we need to find something else to back up?

Searching distribution list
Hi,
We have an Exchange 2003 server. I made multiple mass mailing distribution
list for my users in a public folder on the server. So we do mass mailings
almost everyday and we get people that want to have their names removed. It

Mail Merge Using the Mailing Address in Outlook 2003?
I am having some issues and hope that someone can clarify the "best" way for

Dividing Distribution List
According to the MS online help all I need to do to divide a distribution
list is to copy it, adjust entries, and repaste it back into Contacts folder.
I followed all the steps but when I tried to copy the new DL I receive the
message 'Clip board can not handle this type of data'. Therefore I can not
copy it back to the contact folder. What has gone wrong? [I can open the file

Calendar Scheduling
Is there a way to schedule an event that takes place on Wednesday
after the second Tuesday of each month? Or the Wednesday after the

duplicate birthdays and anniversaries in outlook
i update information for a contact in outlook 2007 by clicking save and
close. if the birthday or anniversary field is filled in for the contact,
then the calendar duplicates the birthday or anniversary.
i can manually remove the duplicate item, so i don't need help there.
however, my goal is to prevent the duplicate event from occuring in the
first place.

Limit of three email addresses for a contact
I am using Outlook 2007.
The limit of three e-mail addresses for a single contact is by design of the
MAPI component object model so it cannot be (at least in my knowledge)
overridden. (I would be glad to be corrected)
If I have one contact with more than three email addresses I am forced to
create a new contact for him/her with all the same information ( Birthday,
name, surname, mailing...

Slow at switching to Contacts
Hi,
Everytime i switch from Mail, calender, tasks, notes etc.. to Contacts it
takes around 20-30 seconds.
Is there anything i could do to speed this up.
I have a lot of emails in my sent folder (which i need to keep for work) so
it makes my outlook backup.pst file well over a gig, will this affect the
problem im having?

Map this address url is broken
In OWA 2007 Contact, you open a contact, under Addess there is a link called
"Map This Address..." that would map the address to an URL but that URL is no
longer working. Following is the bad URL.

outlook 2007 contacts switches first name for last name
When I add a new contact in Outlook 2007, no matter what I do Outlook changes
the first name for the last name. If I type in John Smith for the Full Name,
Outlook immediately makes it First Name, " Smith" and Last Name, "John". I
ran Office diagnostics but nothing showed up in error.
If I click on Full Name, and switch the names, Outlook displays the Full
Name as Smith John.

Offline Public Folder
Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003, SBS 2003
I have a folder "Co Contacts" under "All Public Folders" in Exchange. I
have succesfully made it visible as an Outlook address book and added it to
Public Favorites. Available and easy to use.
I have followed all instructions I can find to make this folder available

Catagories
Outlook 2007: Contacts folder I have 15 catagories, example: Bob's, boating,
health etc. Recently acquied a smartphone and before syncing it I wanted to

"Full Name" properties reversed
Outlook 2007: When entering new 1st & last names into a new Contact, the Full
