Work with pst equal than POP3
Hi,
someone knows if is it possible to download the mail to pst files but leave
a copy on the server? Similar than POP3...
I think the most similar function are OST files.

Setting Up Multiple Email Accounts
I am trying to setup multiple email accounts on one computer. I can setup
around 4 or 5 email accounts fine. When I do more than that it still sets up
fine, but when I go to send/receive it tells me it processed the latter
accounts but no emails show up in the inbox. I am using 2007 and have setup
many email accounts before on multiple computers. I don't know what the
problem is with...

Outlook 2K3 on tS can't start when reconnecting to a rebuilt SBS2K
We had a SBS2K3 server crash. The original configuration has a W2K3 terminal
server attached to the domain through which TS clients access their Outlook

Sender ID when working with Gmail
I'm using Outlook 2007 with Gmail. It works like this:
Emails sent to my personal email address "john@doe.net" are redirected to my
Gmail account "john.doe@gmail.com" and 'picked up' by Outlook - that works
fine.
But when I send emails from Outlook via Gmail, Outlook apparently puts my
Gmail address in the email as sender identification rather than my personal

Problems dealing with GPO limiting PSt size
Good morning,
my users use to have huge PST files so I decided to put in place a GPO to
contro that.
I enabled the keys

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot display the selected folder
Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot display the selected folder or item.
After creating a new email account, and adding it to Outlook 2007's
Accounts, then deleting the old email account there, Outlook 2007 will not
open, and the error message above appears.
I have tried deleting the Outlook profile and moving all of the .PST and
other files from the Documents and Settings\user2\L...

Outlook 2007 stops opening
I recently bought a 64-bit Notebook. Once I figured out how to get my Office
2007 to work on it, everything ran smoothly with the Outlook Connector beta.
The tried and true version didn't work. But, twice I have tried to open

Outlook keeps prompting for account password
I have tried new Outlook profile as well as the fixes in MS KnowledgeBase
including the Protected Storage System fix, MS KB290684. I am running
straight XP Pro SP2, and Office Pro 2003. Also running Symantec Endpoint
Protection. Have disabled the Add-on already, and there are no COM-Addins.

cc & bcc are not resident in "view" or anywhere else
I am trying to create a message to multiple recipients and want to hide their

Out of Office Assistant wont work anymore!
I recently moved our emails from in house server to Godaddy. There has been
a lot of outlook glitches, such as lost of signature, etc. But now I see
that our "out of office" is not working. I have checked the rules and

I administer 11 Outlook 2007 users.
I am familiar with how to switch profiles, exchange account settings, ost
files, and rules.
Is there a way to maintain the user's outlook desktop settings? can I copy
files from the old to the new profile?...

How to sort contacts in the address book by e-mail addresses
When I send an e-mail shot, I receive notice of the undelivered e-mails. In
order to delete these from the address book as quickly as possible it will be
very convenient to have the column of e-mails sorted alphabitically, rather
then have the column of names sorted alphabetically..
Is this possible?...

Outlook 2003 - multuple email downloads
I recently reinstalled Office '03. Configured both OLExpress & OL. OLE
behaves normally. With OL, every time I open the pgm and select
send/receive, ALL the emails on my server are downloaded. The JUNK mail
rules are not followed and the anti-spam part of my CS Security Suite regards
previously cleared senders as spam. Even after I delete the deleted
messages, they are redownloaded....

Multiple users
My husband and I each have a mailbox on roadrunner.com. We would like his
mail to go to his computer which has Outlook installed and my email to go to
my computer which also has outlook installed. Instead, all the email goes to
the same computer. Can we set it up so that his mail goes to him and mine
goes to me?...

Can send but not receive - getting error 0x8007007E
I swapped to a new 500 gig drive and used Ghost to do an exact copy of my
drive. Everything works except MS Office 2003 and especially Outlook.
I can send just fine but can't receive and get the error code 0x8007007E.

in OL '07, what - if any - is the effect on my appointments of 'swapping' my
time zones (options, calendar options, time zone, swap time zones)?
specifically, does it change appointments which were originally entered
without a specific time zone (as in, there is the option of specifying a time

Outlook and Router Password not saving........as of last night
I have been using Vista for over a year, and while the email password prompt
would popup every once in awhile (with the password already saved) I would
just click okay and it worked. Now it's popping up with the password blank -
even though when I go to accounts settings it's saved - and even my D-Link
router password has been erased.
What the heck is going on?...

Inbox set up
I have 3 different email accounts One is Exchange which I want to come
directly to my inbox and be my default. #2 is a local account with
Midcontinent cable and the 3rd is Hotmail. I can't get my exchange to load
into the inbox it keeps creating its own info. Am I doing something wrong?
Also, my calendar doesn't seem to show correctly even when it does do it's
own setup....
