Hello!
How to copy Outlook 2003 Notes to a Google notebook or to a file, retaining
paragraphs? The export command does not retain paragraphs, combines
paragraphs to one.

set outlook to start offline as default
I'm using Vista and Outlook 2007.
Most of the time I use outlook owa and am not connected to my server. I do
not want outtlook to be on line, but it always comes up looking for the
server and takes ages to decide it can't find it, and then won't do anything
while it keeps trying to connect unless I remember to set it offline as my
first move.

Want Outlook To Stop Synchronizing Folders Permanently
We have gone through the following steps to stop Outlook 2007 (Windows VISTA
Ultimate SP1 - all updates in place) from synchronizing folders, but it won't
stop.
It will not download email (or is verrrrry slow) because it keeps
synchronizing. The box for automatic send and receive is un-checked.
We are not on an Exchange Server, there are no Add-Ins, all folders have the

windows desktop search not working
I have windows desk top search on two computers, both of which are running
Office 2007 beta. I had to uninstall on one and reinstall with update for
Office 2007 beta and this works well now. However, on my laptop, even though
I installed the version for Office 2007 beta, it is still not working. When I

Outlook redownloading emails
I use a POP3 email for work and i had to reconfigure my user acct on my
computer and thus alot of setting for many programs and now outlook wants to
download all 4,000 emails from my work email account, but they are already in
my inbox & deleted folder. Can i stop it from doing this but still get the
new emails from today forward? Thanks...

outlook 2003
somehow outlook got currupt and won't open. I try reading the installation cd
but it won't read so I can reinstall. when outlook trys to look for the file
needed it can't find it on the computer, ( mapi32.dll )
my cd is working cause it reads all other cd's I insert.

connecting to exchange
I am using Vista sp1, and outlook 2007.. with exchange 2003.. sp1.
Its showing as disconnected.. when I change to NTLM authentication it
connects successfully.
My Vista firewall is turned off.
Can anyone offer any clues ?...

Outlook xp auto configure
We have in place office 2007, 2003 and xp. I have written a script which
detects if profiles are already set up and if not configures them by putting
an importprf key in place. Now, this works fine on 2003 and 2007 but on XP
and mst was made for the installation so it would auto configure outlook. The
old exchange server has now been decomissioned and a new one is in place.

Contacts???
When I start to send an email a name just pops up into the window and inserts
it. The problem is - is that that name is NOT in the contact list and it is
being pulled from somewhere else. I can't find where that "someplace else"
is. There are tons of names that I want to get rid of but don't know how!
Looks like they are all addresses that are people or places that I sent an
email to...

My outlook has never retrieved my incoming emails without me hitting

HELP!! Can't open correct pst file
I was looking for some emails that I had backed up before I had to reformat
and reinstall. I stupidly thought I was just opening the old file that was

Autoconfiguration failed.
Hi
I've just uncovered the above problem with XP SP2/OL2007 where if I Ctrl
+right click the outlook system tray icon and run a "test configuration", a
few PC's fail. What is more odd is that all of these PC's fail to
successfully profile outlook at first launch, and instead you have to use the
control panel applet (Mail). The dialogs are all the same, but there must be
something differ...

Personal folders disappear
I've recently begun to experience a problems when opening Outlook 2003. I
get an error message to say thea the file C:\......\local
settings\applications\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst file cannot be found. I
check the folder and there is nothing in the folder. I restore the files
from backup and it works for a few days and then it disappears again with not
apparent reason.

Emailing Outlook Documents
Have emailed Adobe PDFs through Outlook for years with no issue. Presently
working with Office 2003 and Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.0. The email
buttons appear under 'File' at the taskbar and a separate email button.

I have tried everything but buy a new version of Outlook. I have removed all

Auto Archive not running
I have set auto archive to run every 30 days in Tools/Options/Other tab/Auto
Archive..., and have set it to prompt me before archiving. The Auto Archive
doesn't appear to be working because I have emails in the Inbox and Sent
folders that are over 30 days old. Some go back to September. The setting for
the Inbox and Sent folders are to archive anything older than 30 days.
