Mail merge fields formatting
I'm creating mail merge documents. When the data is uploaded into the merge document, the format of the merge field changes and does not match the rest of the Word Document. I attempt to correct the text format, but as soon as the document is printed, the format goes back to the original which does not match the rest of the document. Not sure what I'm doing wrong....

Mail merge multiple documents in one go with correct numbering
I designed a database to hold job descriptions. I set up a mailmerge so that each individual job description can printed. Most of the documents are more than one page. I created a label merge yesterday and the template is now gone (the outlines for where the label is on the page). I tried to create a new one today and it still is not showing the outlines for the labels. In this office we have documents that take .dat files created from our Oracle database, and use them for mail merge documents. Multi page merge with different page types
Does any version of Word allow page definitions to be defined with printer tray assignments so a multi page merged document will pull the appropriate paper for each page? In word 2003 label merge from an excel data source advances only one label per page so the 2nd label on the first page becomes the 1st label on the next and so on. I don't have this problem in word 2000. Is there something I might be missing?...

merge to create new docs so footer (page X of X) comes out right
I am doing a merge of a 4-page document that has a footer (page X of 4). when i do the merge, the merged document is 28 pages because i have 7 rows of data. how do i tell it to create new documents for each row? or can i? currently, after the merge my footer says page X of 28 when it should only be page X of 4. thank you in advance...
