Envelope printing
Hello,
I'm using word 2007 and when trying to add an address from my Microsoft
Outlook 2007 address book to an envelope in Word 2007 it keeps coming up with
the Microsoft Error every time and gives me the choice to send it or not then
re-opens word after it has sent it.
After viewing the error report it gives the code 0xc0000005
Can anybody help me resolve this issue?
Cheers - Adam H...

Mail merge to custom envelope size 8x5
i created a mail merge from excel data to a custom word document that is 8"w
x 5"h, the size of my envelope. Data came over fine.
When I send to my printer (Epson Stylus R300 Series) and feed the envelope
in, it puts a lead of 3.75" before it starts printing, throwing off where the
text appears. How do I get rid of the 3.75" lead and just get it to print
right away?...

Merge Document Properties?
Is it possible to merge document properties? I am using Excel 2007 and Word

word documents via the merge itself using a column in my Excel range.
Thanks!...

Only part of data in Excel field is merged into Word
I am using Office 2007. I successfully inserted merged fields from Excel into
my form in Word. All but one of the fields came out fine. There was one field
I called "notes" (from Excel) that would consist of several lines of
information but when it is brought to Word, only the first few lines are
shown in my document. In the document it displays exactly 2 1/2 lines of
information, then n...

step by step wizard. For reasons best known to Microsoft, they now expect
addresses to be lin...

make mailmerge leave blanks when fields are empty
Mailmerge kindly moves fields together when there are blanks (like in a short
address). Does anyone know how to stop this so the balnks are retained?
Also, does anyone know how to ensure that a field defined in Excel as text,
but containing mainly numbers, is treated by Word as text. At the moment, it
seems to treat this data as numeric, and represents any fields containing

How do I merge formula results in Word 2007?
When I am merging formatted dates (=date in another cell plus 14 days) the
merged results are the numerical equivalents of the dates. How can I keep the

Other typical merging errors include losing the number formatting (dollar
signs, comma separator, etc.)

Mail Merge in Office Word 2007 - Labels
I need to use at least 4 lines for the address, sometimes more. For instance
there may be Address 1, 2, 3 and sometimes I have a PO Box in which case
there is no need for Address 1 and 2, etc.
My label is big enough, but due to default line spacing in Word I cannot fit
all the Address lines on the label without losing the city and state and zip.
Also, how can I elminate Address 1 & 2 if...

Mailmerge leaves out blanks at the start/end of mergefields
I have a mailmerge with 4 fields like this:
«G1»«G2»«G3»«G4»

missing blank between two words
